Check-in is from 2pm, with check-out by 10am.
Children
Children are very welcome, and a travel cot and high chair can be provided on request. The garden borders an open chalk stream with an unfenced bank, so young children will need close supervision.
Garden & Outside Space
Guests are welcome to enjoy the main garden, which is shared with the owners at the neighbouring Mill House. The owners have a separate private patio.
Parking & Getting Around
Free parking is available on site. The Mill Barn is easiest to reach by car, although Andover has a mainline railway station approximately two miles from Abbotts Ann.
Pets
We’re sadly unable to accommodate pets due to the open garden, stream and surrounding wildlife.
What's Included
Bed linen, towels and essential amenities are provided, along with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and Smart TV.
WiFi & Mobile
Reliable WiFi is available throughout the barn. Mobile reception can be patchy depending on your network.
Accessibility
Both bedrooms and the main bathroom are upstairs and accessed by stairs, so The Mill Barn is not wheelchair accessible.
