Stay at The Mill Barn
Renovated in 2025, The Mill Barn is a light-filled converted barn on the edge of Abbotts Ann, overlooking the garden, brook and water meadows beyond.

The Space
Living |Â The open-plan living space brings together a comfortable sitting area, dining space and fully equipped kitchen, with large windows looking out over the garden and brook. A dishwasher, WiFi and a Smart TV are provided.

Sleeping |Â The Mill Barn sleeps up to five guests. It offers a double bedroom, one twin / double bedroom, and one additional single bed in the mezzanine, ideal for an older child or solo guest. Please note that the mezzanine is open rather than a private bedroom.Â

Bathroom | The main bathroom is upstairs, with a bath and separate walk-in shower. There is an additional WC downstairs, where the washing machine is located.

Outside | Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden, which is shared with the neighbouring Mill House. A chalk stream runs beyond the patio, with water meadows beyond — a peaceful spot for watching birds and grazing animals or simply sitting outside.
